Mr. Haines is a Principal at Meyners + Company, LLC. A CPA and a Certified Fraud
Examiner (CFE), he offers more than twenty-five years of experience with nearly twenty of those spent driving Meyners + Company’s Assurance Team to ever increasing levels of excellence.
Beyond his service at Meyners + Company, Mr. Haines has been honored by the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants (NMSCPA) as 2002’s “Outstanding Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice.” For almost 20 years he served as an advisory member to the Board of Directors and Chair of the Supervisory (Audit) Comittee of the U.S. New Mexico Federal Credit Union.
Since 2002 Mr. Haines has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of New Mexico and teaches a graduate level class in auditing and assurance. In addition, he is a member of the New Mexico State University Business School’s Advisory Council. He is a frequent guest lecturer at New Mexico State University, State Bar of New Mexico, and the National Business Institute.
And still, his greatest pride is in the growth and expansion of the Assurance services provided by Meyners + Company. He defines himself by the standard of distinction acquired by this practice and embraces the creation of a legacy built on those standards.
